Coming Summer 2026 at the Martensville Recreation Centre! BGC Martensville Summer Day Camps provide a safe, supportive environment where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.
- Attendees and camp leaders spend as much time outside as possible – weather permitting! Camps use their surroundings as a base for their programming. Together, we will explore areas around Martensville depending on which camp you choose! Summer day camps use weekly themes to provide a fun and engaging experience that encourages making new friends and activities such as arts & crafts, games, field trips, exploring nature and local parks, and lots of physical activity!
- Each summer day camp is led by trained, enthusiastic staff who prioritize safety, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement. Our leaders work hard to ensure every child feels welcomed and supported, while also fostering independence, creativity, and teamwork. Whether it’s trying a new activity, discovering hidden talents, or simply enjoying the sunshine with new friends, campers are encouraged to learn, grow, and make lasting memories throughout their summer experience.

Martensville and Saskatoon Camps: Children must be between the ages of 5-12 to attend.
Pike Lake and Beaver Creek Camps: Children must be between the ages of 6-12 to attend.

We offer fee-for-service camps on a weekly basis (no daily rate, see specific camp locations below for pricing & registration).

Please note that only legal parents/guardians may complete registration for their child. A credit card must be provided at the time of registration.
You are welcome to register in more than one camp location however you will need to register for each location separately. Please note the following:
- Social Services and Subsidy Families MUST contact the office before registering. For more information please email summerdaycamp@bgcsaskatoon.com
- The esiKidz registration system may request vaccination records when entering your child’s information. Please note that BGC Saskatoon does not require these records, and this step can be ignored. We are unable to remove the prompt at this time.
- Custody Agreements/Legal Documents must be submitted if we do not currently have them on file. Please email all documentation, including camp location, parent/guardian and child name information to the Director of Children’s Programs at dina@bgcsaskatoon.com
For registrations received on or before May 22nd, 2026: Payment may be made in full at time of registration, or a deposit of $50 per week per child will be required for registration. This deposit will be deducted from the weekly camp fee. If a cancellation is required, this will be used as your administration fee (see refund information below). The credit card information used to pay the $50 deposit will be used to pay the rest of the owing camp fees:
- Payment for all camps registered for in July will be processed June 1st, 2026.
- Payment for all camps registered for in August will be processed July 2nd, 2026.
All weekly summer day camp fees for registrations received after May 22nd will be required to be paid at the time of registration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy/Additional Fees
Once you register, BGC Saskatoon/BGC Martensville cannot move/transfer your child to a different camp week or location. Please double-check your camp location and week selections before completing registration to avoid cancellation fees.
- Partial fee refunds (less a $50.00 administration fee per child per camp) will be provided for cancellations submitted at least 2 weeks before the first day of camp. Payment processing fees will not be refunded.
- The administration fee of $50.00 will be applied for ALL CANCELLATIONS regardless of reason for cancellation (this includes user registration mistakes/wanting to change or transfer camp dates or locations)
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations submitted less that 2 weeks before the first day of camp.
Cancellation requests should be submitted to summerdaycamp@bgcsaskatoon.com and include the child(ren)’s full name, camp dates selected and camp location.
Additional Fees
- NSF/Declined Payment fee: $25.00
- Late Pick-up fee: $50.00 per half hour
- Processing fee for per camp registration payment:
- Credit Card: 3.9% + 0.30 cents (NOTE: International Credit Cards: 4.5% +0.30 cents

Fees: Regular Week $200.00 (5 days), Statutory Holiday Week $160.00 (4 days)

Summer Day Camp Supply Information
CAMP SUPPLY LIST: Ensure your child’s belongings are labelled. Parents will be sent a detailed camp guide before camp begins. Ensure clothing and footwear is comfortable and allows your child to fully participate in activities (preferably no flip flops). Camp staff may request additional supplies based on the weekly schedule – they will notify parents/guardians as necessary.
