Opportunities can be sometimes be hard to come by for many children and youth – by providing a safe and supportive environment, we help children & youth overcome barriers and develop confidence and skills for life.
BGC Saskatoon has been providing opportunities for children and youth in Saskatoon & Area since 1974. Our programs are safe, supportive places for children and youth to be. By providing a place where they feel welcomed and supported, we can help them build positive relationships and develop a sense of belonging. This can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall well-being.
Our programs are guided by BGC Canada’s Model for Success. Our programs are where kids will find a place to just be kids, a place without some of the adult responsibilities that so many of them have – a place where they can find out who they are, what they like to do, where they can build relationships and learn to trust in adults who care about their well-being – a place where they can feel safe, a place where they feel respected, a place where they feel that they belong.
